Since the foundation in 1986 under the name Maas High Tech Software GmbH, OXSEED has always been working on the enhancement and improvement of their customers’ information technology in order to meet future demands and strategies. Up to this day, our solutions mirror the varying business conditions of our customers. These solutions serve as the base for realizing strategies and related business processes.
In the first phase, our experts programmed custom solutions for insurance and financial services companies, who thus gained the capability of using information technology to run their business processes. Our customers thus gained a platform from which they could optimally adapt to change and fit into a new business environment. Since then, our philosophy has been to guarantee the best possible of solutions to support the particular strategy of a company. Projects at Deutsche Bank or Stuttgarter Versicherung represent this first phase of the company.
In the second phase (beginning 1997), we also focused on documents and output documents. In this second phase, we enhanced our products and gave our customers full control over their output management via Internet. As a result, this concept has led to a history of conversion: Our solutions with „AFP2web“ represent this part of the company history. Very often, this software was the first software which interfaced with the computing centers over the Internet. To offer to as many companies as possible the opportunity of harnessing their large computing systems to meet the age of the World Wide Web, we introduced our conversion engine in the year 2000 as a product which converted AFP print data streams into the formats TIFF or PDF.
In the third phase, we combined our experience in project business, product development, and custom solutions. By transforming document processes and business processes to information technology, we have created a new document platform under the brand OXSEED, which enables companies to represent perfect projections of their document flows. Beginning the departments from research and document creation, up to document delivery through Internet or by mail.
Now is the time for us and our customers to implement OXSEED as the new infrastructure for the Internet age. For the change in business continues at high speed. The pressure to reduce costs forces many companies to outsource all tasks related to the operation and administration of computing centers. Our answer to the requests of our customers is our on-demand offering. The OXSEED platform connects all work places within a company to the computing centers, which take care of the managing, forwarding, and archival of documents. For customers, access to this service is simple, fast, and at low cost. You log in to us, we activate your account. Users process their documents, we take care that the documents arrive at the correct work places to be processed and that they are sent to customers on time.
